Exchanges

We understand things happen. If you’re unhappy for any reason with your purchase of any Kickoff Coffee Co apparel, drinkware, gear or accessories, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
 
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed or undamaged with all original tags attached.
 
Please email us at contact@kickoffcoffeeco.com with your order number and subject matter and we will initiate the return or exchange process. Our goal is to make you 100% happy so we can all kickoff our days better than ever!

 

Refunds

We always aim to make sure our customers love our coffee and our goal is to make you happy. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product we are not able to accept returns. Please contact us at contact@kickoffcoffeeco.com with your order number if there are any issues. We will be sure to make any necessary adjustments.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
